I have been looking forward to sharing this one with you! This is like heaven in a cup for those living the keto lifestyle, or just looking for a low carb recipe. Y’all know I LOVE my tacos and that was the hardest part when I started eating a ketogenic diet: giving up Taco Friday. Thanks to this recipe, this time around (getting back into it after some time off), I won’t have to!

  1. Oooooh Shell! This looks GOOD!! Yum! You’ve made me hungry just thinking about it, ha ha! Taco Friday is definitely a hit with this recipe. I’m not on Keto but I’d eat this in a quick minute!

    I also love that the seasonings don’t just add flavor but tons of health benefits too. Plus, you don’t get all that added mess along with it! This recipe is pure gold. 🙂

    1. What’s great about this recipe is that you can easily make it for most lifestyles by changing up the type of meat. When I make it for my parents I use 93% lean beef and corn taco shells. They aren’t keto or low carb so for them it works!
