Ningxia Red is an always-on-hand item in our house. My teenage daughter drinks 2 ounces daily and I alternate between 2 and 4 depending upon how I am doing with my GI issues from living with Crohn’s disease. These mocktails are a fun way to switch up your drink without having soda.
I believe in responsible oiling, so always check with your healthcare team before ingesting any essential oils, even our Vitality line. Ensure it won’t counteract any medications you’re on and that you feel comfortable doing so. Everyone’s health is different so don’t take a non-medical professional’s word for it that it works for them. Use wisdom, caution, and a full understanding of your health status. Once you have the go-ahead, use moderation when ingesting any oils and never use more than 1 drop to begin with! Oils are super condensed.
