12 Winter Wellness DIY Ideas

Are you setting goals for your winter wellness? If so, here are 12 DIY ideas to help you meet them. Each of these are based upon Young Living Essential Oils. Chest Rub


  • 10 drops of Raven or R.C.
  • 5 drops of Peppermint
  • 3/4 cups of softened coconut oil

Store in refrigerator.

Rub on chest for cooling relief.

Skin Balm


  • 15 drops Lavender
  • 5 drops Frankincense
  • ¼ C coconut oil
  • ¼ C shea butter

Gently melt coconut oil and shea butter together.

Add in essential oils and mix.

Well Roller


  • 10 drops Raven
  • 8 drops Peppermint
  • 8 drops Lemon
  • Jojoba Oil

Mix in 2 oz roller bottle and roll on bottoms of feet and neck.

Wellness Tea


  • 2 drops Lemon Vitality
  • 1 drop Thieves Vitality
  • 1 drop honey
  • 1 C warm water

Stir and enjoy.

Repeat every couple hours as needed.

Shower Melts


  • 8 drops Peppermint
  • 6 drops Christmas Spirit
  • 1 C corn starch
  • 1-2 tbsp water

Combine into a thick paste.

Place in a silicone ice cube tray and freeze until solid.

Keep in a room temp jar.

Sugar Scrub


  • 4tsp sugar
  • 3tsp coconut oil
  • 3 drops Peppermint (for a fresh tingle!)

Combine in a small glass jar and use as needed.

Dryer Ball Spray


  • 8 drops Peace & calming
  • 6 drops Lavender
  • 8 drops Valor
  • Splash of witch hazel

Mix together in a 4 oz spray bottle.

Spray on dryer balls before each use for a calming scent on your clothes.

Soft Scrub


  • 1 capful Thieves Cleaner
  • 2 drops Lemon
  • 1 C baking soda

Mix together and store in a glass container.

Facial Serum


  • 10 drops Lavender
  • 10 drops Frankincense
  • 10 drops Valor
  • Jojoba Oil

Mix together in a 2 oz glass dropper.

Apply after skincare routine.

NingXia Mocktail


  • Cup of ice
  • Can of NingXia Zyng
  • 2 oz NingXia Red
  • 1 drop Jade Lemon Vitality

Stir & sip for a refreshing & wellness boosting mocktail.

Home Cleaner


  • 1 Capful of Thieves Cleaner
  • 18 oz Water

Mix and store in a glass bottle.

For a great smell, add in 30 drops of Christmas Spirit essential oil blend.

Diffuser Blends

Equal drops of each oil.

  • Start Fresh // Peppermint + Lemon
