Homemade Hummus with Lemon Vitality Essential Oil
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
5 Drops of Lemon Vitality Essential Oil
1 Drop of Peppermint Vitality Essential Oil
8 Oz of drained Chickpeas
1/4 Cup Vegetable Broth
2/3 Cup of Greek Yogurt
2 Tablespoons of Roasted Sesame Seeds
1 Pinch of Salt & Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Cumin
1 Garlic Clove
3 Tablespoons of Parsley
Step 1) In a small bowl mix together 4 tablespoons of Olive Oil, 5 Drops of Lemon Vitality Essential Oil, and 1 Drop of Peppermint Vitality Essential Oil.
Step 2) In a blender place 8 oz of drained chickpeas, the olive oil mixture from step 1, 1/4 cup of vegetable broth, 2/3 cup of Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of roasted sesame seeds, a pinch of salt and pepper, 1 teaspoon of Cumin, 1 garlic clove, and 3 tablespoons of parsley and blend all together.
*Add more chickpeas as needed.
Place in a serving bowl and garnish with chickpeas and parsley. Serve with your favorite vegetables!
