With all the seasonal changes, emotional pressure, and new “normals” many of our little ones are facing, anything we can do to help regulate their environment is a good thing. In our home, we use essential oils for this. Diffusing blends like the ones noted here and here is among our first morning action. After that, we get our environment prepared by organizing our materials and eating a healthy breakfast.
