When you want a guacamole that has a bit more of a kick to it than usual, try this one! I had a bit of fun spicing up (pun intended) my Simple Guacamole for a recent get together with family and friends over the Thanksgiving holiday.
Ingredients
- 3 Avocados
- 1 package cherry tomatoes
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1 Lime (or 2 drops Lime Vitality essential oil)
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1 chiptole pepper
- Cilantro
- Black Pepper to taste
- Chili Powder to taste
- Sea salt to taste
Instructions
Mash the avocados to desired consistency (I like mine with some chunks still present).
Add tomatoes, peppers (all kinds), and onion chunks to a food processor or chopper and chop until pieces are small and it’s almost (ALMOST) like a puree.
Add the contents of the processor / chopper and mashed up avocados to a bowl and mix well.
Add cut up cilantro to taste.
Squeeze lime over the blend and then add black pepper, chili powder, and sea salt to taste.
I like to chill it for a few hours before serving so the flavors have a chance to blend together.
A whole lot of peppers. How could it be wrong? I’ll try it!

That’s what inspired the recipe was having a lot of peppers I needed to use up quickly. For those who don’t like space they can add some more tomatoes or more lime in it will offset the kick a little bit.
